Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at InterContinental Jeddah!
As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests right from their arrival.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing the warmest of welcomes to every guest.
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Managing guest bookings and facilitating payments.
• Ensuring a swift check-in and check-out process.
• Anticipating guests' needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Assisting guests with issues related to their bills and local restaurant recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to turn issues into opportunities.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic literacy and computer skills.
