Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Hilton!
As a Receptionist at Hilton, you will provide exceptional reception services for our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable first impressions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out and completing audit procedures.
  • Maintain communication with Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors regarding guest feedback.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service standards at all times.
  • Participate in relevant training courses and assist with the development of the Night Team.
  • Maximize room occupancy using upselling techniques for hotel services and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-level customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent IT proficiency.

Preferred Experience:
  • Previous cash handling experience.
