Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role at Tarfeeh Fakieh in Jeddah. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with guests, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
  • Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
