We are looking for a responsive and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and welcome visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests feel comfortable and provide them with necessary information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors and clients, determining their needs, and providing necessary information.
  • Directing guests to the appropriate resources and personnel.
  • Managing incoming phone calls and addressing inquiries or transferring them as needed.
  • Maintaining records of visitors and schedules for appointments.
  • Adhering to organizational policies and procedures diligently.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, morning shift
