Job Objective
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best talents and ensure effective integration of new employees into the workplace.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best talents.
  • Identify the most suitable advertising and recruitment channels for each position.
  • Enhance the company's brand as a distinguished recruiting entity in the market.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to enhance the company's presence in the market.
  • Utilize online recruitment platforms, professional networks, and social media to find suitable candidates.
  • Build a long-term network of relationships with potential candidates.
  • Review and evaluate resumes according to job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates and assess their suitability for the required positions.
  • Coordinate advanced evaluation processes such as technical interviews and skill tests.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide recommendations regarding the best candidates for various positions.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate contract terms.
  • Organize and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including guiding them on company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the integration of new employees with work teams and achieve a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Follow up with new employees during the probation period to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage and organize the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Ensure task handover and proper documentation of the exit process.
  • Conduct exit interviews to analyze reasons for leaving and provide reports to management to improve the work environment.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to determine the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide periodic reports on the performance of recruitment operations and success indicators.
  • Execute all tasks and directives issued by the direct manager with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the direct manager to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and work in a team spirit.
  • Adjust tasks according to business needs and company requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Practical experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and candidate search platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
