Job Overview:
This role involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling the final stages of hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Post job advertisements and source qualified candidates.
  • Screen CVs and arrange interviews.
  • Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, *****, and *********
  • Conduct initial interviews and support final selections.
  • Issue job offers and employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
