Job Title: Reservations Management Staff

Location: Jeddah – Al-Mohammadiyah District – Full Time (On-site)

Working Hours: 8 hours a day on a shift system (Morning – Evening – Night) 6 days a week


Tasks and Responsibilities:

✅ Managing reservations and customer service

✅ Coordinating operational activities

✅ Enhancing guest experience and marketing

✅ Performance analysis and development


Requirements:

🔹 Previous experience in customer service or reservations management (preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector)

🔹 Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written)

🔹 Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office programs

🔹 Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot quickly

🔹 Organized personality capable of multitasking efficiently

  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
