Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing the operations of food and beverage planning and delivery.
- Monitoring consumption and managing supplies.
- Overseeing cleanliness and maintenance in the restaurant and kitchen.
- Developing and producing new products and services.
- Establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business Economics.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Project Management certification (PMI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Advanced skills in catering services, supervision, and facilities management.
