Join the comprehensive real estate development team as a Sales Manager
We are looking for a person with strong experience in real estate sales management to lead our sales efforts in off-plan sales projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Developing sales strategies in collaboration with senior management, and analyzing market data to identify opportunities.
  • Managing Sales Teams: Leading teams, training new employees, and monitoring team performance.
  • Managing Sales and Marketing Operations: Designing marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing department and monitoring campaigns.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: Managing the negotiation process with clients to ensure the highest closing rate.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Overseeing teams' adherence to the rules and regulations of the Wafi program.
  • Building Relationships with Stakeholders: Developing relationships with banks and developers and participating in exhibitions.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular performance reports and market analysis.
  • Improving Customer Experience: Ensuring excellent customer service and developing customer loyalty programs.

Requirements:
  • At least 710 years of experience in real estate sales management.
  • Leadership skills and familiarity with Wafi systems and regulations.
  • High negotiation skills and relationship management.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and data analysis.
