Sales Development Manager Job - E-commerce
Your role as a Sales Development Manager for the Grocery category and Other Revenues in E-commerce is to drive sales growth within the Grocery category and identify additional revenue streams through partnerships, advertising, and revenue-generating opportunities. This position focuses on developing strategies to enhance sales performance, improve customer engagement, and increase profitability within the e-commerce platform.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- At least 57 years of experience in sales development or category management.
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Category Management: Oversee the product assortment for the Grocery category.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Data-Driven Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and customer behavior.
- Manage Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor Performance Indicators: Track key performance indicators related to sales volume.
- Explore New Income Streams: Explore innovative business models.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure the provision of an exceptional customer experience.
