Join Schneider Electric as a Sales Lead!

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to establish and foster strong relationships with distributors and wholesalers' management teams across sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize agreements and recommend terms for customer contracts.
  • Oversee the ordering process, coordinating logistics and finance with EPS, FZE, and CME teams.
  • Follow up on customer payments and account receivables while ensuring that DSO remains within the target range.
  • Prepare sales, booking, and order status reports for distributors.
  • Collect and consolidate monthly sales and stock reports from customers.
  • Manage campaigns for residential products and ensure top visibility of Schneider Electric at distributor showrooms.
  • Suggest and coordinate training sessions or seminars for customers alongside the marketing team.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports reflecting sales, partner updates, and industry news.
  • Aim for targeted booking achievements for LS distributors and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to growth in existing channels or explore new ones.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
