Join Al Khorayef Group as a Parts Sales Manager!
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for customer relationship management? We are seeking a Parts Sales Manager who will lead our parts counter sales operations, enhancing customer relationships and identifying business opportunities to boost sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning: Contribute to designing and implementing Parts Sales strategies, collaborating with department heads to meet future demands.
  • Sales Management: Oversee counter sales activities, prepare sales forecasts, authorize discounts, and monitor market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, resolve disputes, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective management techniques.
  • Budget Management: Participate in budgeting cycles and propose positive financial strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop sales policies to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.
  • Safety, Health, and Environment: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.
  • People Management: Mentor and develop the Parts Sales team, set performance objectives, and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in Parts Sales management, including 3 years in a managerial role, along with prior customer relationship management experience.
