- Sales Management: Oversee counter sales activities, prepare sales forecasts, authorize discounts, and monitor market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, resolve disputes, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective management techniques.
- Budget Management: Participate in budgeting cycles and propose positive financial strategies to mitigate risks.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop sales policies to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.
- Safety, Health, and Environment: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.
- People Management: Mentor and develop the Parts Sales team, set performance objectives, and provide constructive feedback.

- Experience in electronic/hospitality projects or related fields
- Willingness to travel internationally
