Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will lead the strategic and operational efforts to enhance Filorga's distribution across medical and pharmacy sectors. Your role will require collaboration with Filorga distributors and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and expand brand presence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
  • Manage distributor relationships and motivate them to execute approved strategies.
  • Engage with local medical professionals and beauty influencers to foster brand advocacy.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and lead marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role with a commercial focus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and experience in medical visits or pharmacy settings.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
