About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across multiple channels, including retailers KA, Van Sales, catering, and Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes). This position demands a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and a thorough understanding of the fresh produce, poultry, dairy, or related FGCG industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned region, with a focus on retailers KA, Van Sales, catering, and Horeca channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers KA, Van Sales, wholesalers, and Horeca operators.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies for the region.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Provide regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and the achievement of regional revenue goals.
  • Manage customer negotiations and resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or service.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with specific experience in retailers, catering, and Horeca channels.
  • Proven history of growth through previous organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Extensive experience in fresh produce, poultry, dairy, or the fresh market or related field is essential.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management within the targeted sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
