Customer reception and guidance within the store departments

Directly linking with the branch manager -

- Providing accurate information such as product features, prices, and after-sales services

- Responding to customers regarding products and services

Showing comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy -

- Preparing and organizing various promotional offers

Supervising the consistency of storage operations and the quantities displayed on the shelves -

- Overseeing return and product replacement procedures

Continuously informing customers of the latest offers and special discounts -

Providing periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager -

Keeping up to date with new products and services

Training on cashier operations

Training on receiving, canceling, and all transactions on delivery program devices

Carrying out any tasks assigned by the branch manager

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
