Join Montblanc as a Sales Specialist!
As an Ambassador of Montblanc, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image while being located in our boutique in Jeddah. Your primary responsibility will be to sell brand merchandise according to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake direct sales with clients of the brand, ensuring compliance with all sales procedures.
  • Display merchandise according to brand requirements to optimize visibility and appeal.
  • Supervise and monitor weekly cycle counts and stock takes, managing inventory to minimize shrinkage.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, assisting clients with returns and inquiries in line with brand expectations.
  • Handle all cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation following company policies.
  • Build and maintain a client database by developing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Utilize self-learning tools for enhanced team performance.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for selling products or services, contacting potential buyers, presenting products and services, answering questions, and discussing pricing.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
