Sealy Mattress Middle East, a family-owned company established in 1990, operates as a licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Our proud journey began as an importer of Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products, culminated with a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah in 1999. Today, we continue to be a leading name in high-quality bedding solutions, and we are looking for a dedicated Salesperson to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate bedding solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sealy products and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up after sales.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and product displays.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive environment.
• Attend product training and meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or bedding industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of mattress products is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
• Male, at least 25 years of age.
• Saudi and Egyptian only.
