Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Work Location: Inside the company premises

Number of Working Hours: 9 hours daily (including one hour break)

Job Objective:

To communicate with potential customers via phone or in-person visits, welcoming them inside the company premises, and showcasing available products and selling them to achieve the specified sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Phone communication with potential customers to introduce them to the products and services.
• Welcoming customers inside the company premises and providing detailed information about the products.
• Convincing customers to purchase and facilitating the sales process.
• Following up with interested customers and encouraging them to complete the purchase.
• Achieving the monthly sales targets set by management.
• Coordinating with other departments (such as customer service) to ensure service availability and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Preparing regular reports on customer visits and achieved sales.
• Maintaining the arrangement at the point of sale.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the real estate field

• Actively sell residential properties to clients in KSA.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of property buyers, investors, and real estate developers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and property viewings.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with expert insights on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure smooth property transactions by assisting clients through the entire sales process.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions using CRM systems.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Proven experience in property sales in the KSA real estate market (minimum 25 years).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Valid driving license and access to own vehicle.
• An existing client network is a strong advantage.
