Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing department and upper management to ensure consistency in sales pitches.
  • Achieve monthly growth targets and sales KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and remain informed about competitor status and emerging products.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Receive and integrate client feedback to improve sales performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outdoor sales experience.

  • Willingness to travel and attend seminars.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude for training others.
  • KSA Driving License and access to a car are mandatory.

  • Coordinate with aggregators for featured listings, banners, or marketing partnerships.
  • Track competitors’ offers and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Resolve operational issues related to delivery apps quickly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure delivery promotions are aligned.
  • Achieve at least 5% monthly growth in delivery sales.
  • Prepare concise weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing food delivery aggregator platforms (Jahez, Hungerstation, ToYou, Uber Eats, etc.).
  • Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in F&B industry is highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and aggregator back-office systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Familiar with Saudi Arabia’s delivery market and customer behaviors.
