Sales Specialist

About the Job:

Our company is looking for an outstanding sales representative to join our team. The employee will be responsible for achieving sales goals by building strong relationships with clients and providing our services in application programming and electronic systems. We seek a person with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients and communicate with them to offer the company’s services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients regarding application programming and electronic systems services.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction with the solutions provided.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and open new markets.
• Represent the company at trade shows and related events.
• Collect customer feedback and analyze it to improve services.
• Conduct market research to support strategic sales decisions.
• Stay informed about competitors and analyze their operations.
• Ability to lead and form a team under their management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or a related field).
• Experience of no less than 35 years in sales, preferably in software or technical services sales.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and persuade them of the company’s services.
• Familiarity with the basics of application programming and electronic systems is an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.

• Maintain and develop relationships with major MICE agents and associations.
• Build strong relationships with MICE/Association stakeholders including Convention Bureaus, Hotels, and Tourism Offices.
• Collaborate with global teams to manage strategic accounts.
• Monitor revenue results and implement actions to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate incentive and discount agreements.
• Generate sales leads and report on competitor activity.

• Commercial/Sales background with 5+ years of experience in airline/travel trade sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Implement effective sales strategies to boost our market presence.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and make informed decisions to enhance sales performance.

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
