Key Responsibilities:

• Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store.
• Be aware of store KPIs and contribute to store sales.
• Improve the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards.
• Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting our 6 Values.
• Effective communication of product features and benefits to address consumer needs.
• Guide consumers through digital touchpoints in the store.
• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and maintain stock levels on the sales floor.
• Complete sales transactions accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by executing merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance store performance.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Retail Professional Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferably between 12 months of experience in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
