About the Job
As a Sales Agent at GymNation, your primary responsibility will be to deliver against new member acquisition targets issued by our central support. This role aims to ensure membership growth while delivering exceptional customer service to aid in member retention and new member referrals through effective networking and relationship building.

The Role:
  • Exceed membership mix targets issued by central support.
  • Meet and exceed all sales KPI’s set by central support.
  • Manage sales mix and yield management.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of effective club marketing planners to maximize incoming prospect enquiries.
  • Develop corporate relations to gain partnerships.
  • Perform reception duties during peak trading hours or as required.
  • Deliver outstanding levels of customer service through constant member engagement.
  • Maximize secondary/ancillary revenue.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Handbook and Company Procedures Handbook.
  • Maintain the GymNation Brand Standard and be an ambassador of the brand.

The Candidate:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Charismatic and confident in approaching prospects.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Comfortable in a supportive competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in online sales software.
  • A history of sales in the health & fitness industry is not required.
