About the Role:
The Sr. HVAC Sales Representative plays a vital role in executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients and distributors. This position is essential for driving revenue growth and maintaining the company’s esteemed reputation in the HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Address client inquiries about credit terms, stock availability, and pricing.
  • Conduct extensive market research to inform strategic planning.
  • Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting Shaker's offerings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and ensure monthly/annual sales objectives are met.
  • Negotiate contracts to foster mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Uphold high standards of business ethics and professionalism.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals and sales forecasts.
  • Ability to conduct market research effectively.
