General Description:
We are looking for a professional skin trainer to provide practical and theoretical training on skin care products, with a focus on application techniques and product benefits. The trainer will be responsible for training sales teams and clients and ensuring their deep understanding of how to use the products correctly and effectively.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing training courses on skin care products for employees and clients.
- Explaining the benefits of products, their ingredients, and how to use them professionally.
- Preparing training materials such as presentations and educational content.
- Monitoring trainee performance and providing feedback to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Participating in events and exhibitions to represent the brand.
- Keeping up with the latest skin care techniques and updating training programs accordingly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in the field of skin care or cosmetics, preferably in training.
- Good knowledge of product ingredients and their effects on the skin.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work within a team and interact with clients professionally.
- Proficiency in the English language.
