Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the Raffles Hotel offers world-class luxury and expert service. We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team as a Telephone Operator, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly answer incoming calls, providing accurate information about our services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a courteous attitude.
  • Coordinate wake-up calls and other personalized guest services.
  • Assist in making reservations for dining and activities.
  • Process and confirm room reservations correctly.
  • Maintain logs of calls and requests, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist during emergencies by communicating effectively with guests and staff.
  • Continuously seek guest feedback to enhance telephone services.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in using telephone systems and booking software.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of local attractions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
