As a Telephone Operator Agent at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include processing all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously, while maintaining an exemplary standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy and courtesy.
- Record and manage wake-up calls.
- Assist guests with international calls and directory inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and report complaints to the Supervisor.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel's services and facilities.
- Promote in-house services and coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton's safety and emergency procedures.
