- Develop and implement localized social media strategies reflecting each market’s cultural context and trends.
- Create audience-specific content, including copy, images, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze engagement across social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Manage and evaluate paid social media campaigns for effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign and platform performance with data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and platform developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 13 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in multicultural or multi-market environments is preferred.
- Proven ability to create localized content and analyze social media performance metrics.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of local cultures and market-specific needs.
- Excellent communication skills in required languages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and adaptability.
