Join EGO Group as a Public Relations Specialist and play a key role in managing and enhancing our brand's social media strategy across various countries. This position is perfect for someone who understands local cultures and can tailor messages to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Job Objective:
To manage and enhance the brand’s social media strategy in each country, focusing on local engagement and strengthening brand awareness. You will develop culturally relevant content and optimize strategies to maximize impact in each local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement localized social media strategies reflecting each market’s cultural context and trends.
  • Create audience-specific content, including copy, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement across social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments.
  • Manage and evaluate paid social media campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign and platform performance with data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and platform developments to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Required Experience:
  • 13 years of experience in social media management.
  • Experience in multicultural or multi-market environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create localized content and analyze social media performance metrics.

Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of local cultures and market-specific needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in required languages.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
