We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Manager Trade Marketing to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the execution of innovative trade strategies to enhance retail implementation and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support category growth.
  • Localize brand and category plans for various channels and retailers based on insights.
  • Execute in-store fundamentals such as planograms and promotions.
  • Lead the creation of the Shopper Master Booklet covering the 5Ps.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align and execute trade initiatives successfully.
  • Adapt merchandising strategies based on specific market and channel needs.
  • Partner with local retailers for in-store project activations.
  • Support product launches and ensure visibility at retail.
  • Track and analyze trends and competitor activities.
  • Monitor ROI of in-store activities and share insights for improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Key Account Management within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and trade execution in KSA.
  • Excellent leadership skills for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized with analytical capabilities.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
