- Identify recurring issues and ensure the correct information is sent for prompt corrective actions.
- Utilize various systems for preauthorizations, claims research, contract interpretation, and provider network status.
- Interpret client and provider contracts while managing inbound calls effectively.
- Enhance customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients while continuously improving service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints competently and resolve issues with minimal supervisor intervention.
