Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Seating Guests: Warmly welcoming customers and assisting them with seating while providing menus.
- Taking and Serving Orders: Accurately taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Maintaining a friendly demeanor and addressing customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables, chairs, and the dining area clean and organized.
- Handling Payments: Processing payments and following cash handling procedures.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in the food service is preferred.
