Accor, a global leader in hospitality with over 300000 dedicated professionals, is seeking a dynamic Waiter to provide exceptional service in our Jeddah location.

Main Duties:

• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• Rotate within different departments of the Food & Beverage Division as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Understand the menu thoroughly to recommend and up-sell food and beverage items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and establish rapport with customers.
• Monitor inventory and assist with periodic inventory management.
• Report any guest complaints to supervisors.

Other Responsibilities:

• Adhere to hotel standards for appearance and hygiene.
• Foster good relationships with colleagues and departments.
• Stay updated with hotel rules, particularly regarding health and safety.
• Attend training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
