Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
  • Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of dishes, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages with precision, following fine dining etiquette.
  • Monitor guests’ needs, ensuring prompt and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Restaurant Operations & Coordination:
  • Set up and maintain tables, ensuring elegant presentation and cleanliness.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with inventory management, including maintaining stock of tableware, cutlery, and service essentials.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per Saudi Arabian food and health regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the restaurant’s standards for quality, service, and professionalism.
• Teamwork & Professionalism:
  • Maintain a polished, well-groomed appearance in line with the restaurant’s standards.
  • Work efficiently with fellow team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Stay up-to-date with the restaurant’s menu, ingredients, and any seasonal changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 23 years in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A hospitality or culinary degree is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and table setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
