Join Our Team as a Warehouse Manager!
At Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co., we are seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Jeddah. With a rich history in retail luxury goods and jewelry, we pride ourselves on our strong partnerships and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and documents for the Business Operation Manager.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and preparing allocations for retail materials.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of stock.
  • Receive all delivered stock and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
  • Sort and organize stock for easy access.
  • Maintain updated records and conduct physical inventory counts regularly.
  • Facilitate efficient audits throughout the year.
  • Coordinate with Finance for on-time vendor payments.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Proficient with computer skills including MS Office; SAP experience is preferable.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Context:
The Warehouse Manager will operate primarily during normal shifts but must also be prepared to work outside regular hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary. Occasional travel may be required.
