• Operational: Ensure efficient throughput of goods, maintain high inventory accuracy, and implement WMS/ERP systems.
• People Management: Lead and develop warehouse teams while enforcing safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in FMCG warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and analytics tools.

Performance Measures:

• Operational Excellence: Focus on on-time dispatch and inventory accuracy.
• Cost Management: Ensure adherence to budget and control shrinkage.
• People: Monitor productivity and training compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain zero major safety incidents.
