Middle East Mattress Factory Co is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including:
  • Managing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations.
  • Supervising warehouse staff and providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock control to minimize waste.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
  • Preparing reports on warehouse performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
You should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and inventory reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
