Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Enhance website visibility through keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns to attract targeted traffic to our websites.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and implement content strategies, creating engaging materials including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
  • Social Media Marketing: Grow and manage social media accounts, create ad campaigns, and interact with followers.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Employ strategies to enhance the conversion rates of our websites.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to boost brand visibility and sales.

Skills Needed:
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creativity: Ability to craft compelling content and marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to adjust marketing strategies effectively.
  • Adaptability: Keen awareness of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred certifications in Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEMrush.

Experience:
  • 25 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar field.
  • A proven track record in managing successful campaigns across various channels.

Technical Skills:
  • SEO & SEM: Proficiency in keyword research and optimization strategies.
  • Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot.
  • Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram ads.
  • Email Marketing: Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
  • Design Tools: Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
