Interior Architect

An experienced interior architect is required with no less than 2 years of experience in interior design and decoration, possessing high creative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The candidate must be proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and SketchUp, with experience in project management and coordinating work with contractors and suppliers. The main tasks include: • Designing and developing interior layouts for residential and commercial projects • Preparing executive and detailed drawings for the project • Selecting appropriate materials, colors, and lighting for the design • Estimating costs and preparing quantities tables • Supervising the implementation of the project and following up on work stages • Presenting design proposals and ideas to clients • Ensuring the application of quality and safety standards in design.
