This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury hotel that invites guests to experience a unique blend of culture, comfort, and world-class services. You'll be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by handling reservations and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the entire hotel services and facilities.
  • Answer inquiries regarding room rates, outlets, and room locations.
  • Be familiar with all aspects of the reservation systems.
  • Handle all reservation requests efficiently to secure necessary information.
  • Post advance deposits and maintain accurate records.
  • Process rooming lists and special requests.
  • Work closely with Front desk, Sales, and Accounts departments.
  • Keep current and organized reservation files.
  • Monitor inventory management and room availability.
  • Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Maximize property revenue through effective up-selling techniques.
  • Assist in hotel events and functions as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel and a high school degree.
