• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to inventory management and operational supplies monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills and time management.
