At NAPCO, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to drive our business by selling a wide range of products to assigned customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
• Provide feedback on any competition activity within your area.
• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices according to company’s aging policy.
• Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews.
• Identify and report new customers within your area to the team leader.
• Manage customer complaints and communicate them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products and obtain necessary approvals.
• Report any unresolved issues or objections to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and secure customer approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during every visit to warehouses and shelves.

Qualifications:
A university degree is required. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential to succeed in this role.

• 24 years of experience in Field Sales of FMCG preferred.
• Strong English/Arabic communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Financial awareness.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and multi-tasking abilities.
• A results-focused mindset and coaching skills.
