Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receiving customers and providing a comprehensive explanation of agarwood products and perfumes.
Assisting customers in choosing suitable products based on their taste and needs.
Implementing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensuring products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner within points of sale.
Regular follow-ups with customers to strengthen relationships and earn their loyalty.
Recording daily sales and preparing performance reports as needed.
Complying with company policies in customer service and promotional offers.
Contributing to the transfer of customer feedback and preferences to the management and marketing team.
