We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure new PC hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as phones and printers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
Perform basic computer wired and wireless network troubleshooting.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Assist users with setup and problem resolution.
Maintain an inventory of all computing devices.
Ensure workstations have the latest security features in compliance with company policies.
Setup user accounts and manage connectivity issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Engineering.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and patient approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of ITIL and CCNA.
Capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
