Key Responsibilities:- ManageEngine Administration & Monitoring: Ensure comprehensive operational support and system optimization.
- Vendor Communication: Collaborate with ManageEngine for technical support and updates.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain essential documentation for operational processes.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training sessions to staff to optimize the use of IT systems.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and manage reporting.
- Change Management Compliance: Participate in Change Management processes to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with ITSM/ITOM tools, preferably ManageEngine.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory.
- MCSE preferred.
