Job Purpose
The Technical Support Officer will provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure smooth business operations. This includes organizing office-related activities and providing essential support to the General Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Technical Support: Assist the General Manager in preparing presentation materials and documentation.
• Monitor technical matters and project statuses, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external functions for meeting logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of all technical documentation and correspondence.

Administration Support:

• Manage the General Manager's calendar and schedule meetings.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls and inquiries.

Meeting Briefings and Follow-up:

• Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
• Manage the agenda of all meetings attended by the General Manager.

Reporting:

• Prepare timely updates and progress reports on departmental activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar.
• Professional certificate in Project Management is advantageous.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN / WAN / VPN / Troubleshooting).
• Experience with Helpdesk and IT service management systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical technical situations.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus.
