Role Overview:The Helpdesk Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing technical support for attorneys and professional staff within a 24/7 phone-based call center. This position is central to ensuring efficiency and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
Available Shifts:- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Riyadh Time
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Riyadh Time
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex technical issues at point of contact.
- Utilize customer service skills to support a demanding client base.
- Assist with departmental activities as needed.
- Be flexible to work overtime as required.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of technical support experience in a law firm environment or 7+ years in a professional services organization.
- Exceptional customer service skills; must convey technical information in easy-to-understand terms.
- Proficient in Windows-based software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification is desirable; A+ and Network+ certifications are also advantageous.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
