You will assist developers from our technology partners in creating and supporting their applications in real-world environments, working with some of the world's leading organizations in healthcare, finance, telecommunications, and other industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the product support team to provide immediate response to customer inquiries.
- Provide technical support for custom development, user-defined functions, interfaces, and reports.
- Utilize strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify application issues.
- Participate in preparing training materials and technical documentation.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by soliciting suggestions for product and service improvements.
- Participate in on-site technical support and training as required.
Qualifications:- Preferably experience with Hospital’s business workflows.
- Strong knowledge in InterSystems Object Script.
- Expertise in IRIS Tables and Globals.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
