Position Overview:The Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for providing top-notch technical support in a 24x7 phone-based call center environment. You will be pivotal in resolving technical issues, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every task while delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills.
- Assist with department activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Be flexible to work overtime as required.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of technical support experience in a law firm or 7+ years in a professional services organization.
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification in MS Word; A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience with IT ticketing systems.
Skills:- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
