Main Responsibilities:- Documenting devices and their accessories and recording daily issues.
- Performing regular and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Providing answers to questions related to device issues and directing users to the right departments when needed.
- Ensuring the systems are ready and equipped with the necessary programs.
- Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technologies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in technical support, programming and computer science, information technology, information systems, or network engineering technology.
- Practical experience of not less than two years in the field.
Required Skills:- Machine maintenance.
- Installing and maintaining computers.
- Testing systems and finding solutions to problems.
- Assisting customers and responding to their inquiries.
