About the Role

Edition is seeking a Server to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and operational support. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal, taking initiative to enhance their experience.
• Set tables, communicate effectively with the kitchen, and interact with guests during service.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring transactions are seamless and contribute to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, upholding quality standards.
• Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style, including uniform standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, particularly regarding menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
