The Chief Concierge plays a key role in ensuring memorable stays for all guests.

Role Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services, including medical care, childcare, and floral delivery, to meet personalized guest needs.
• Manage guest communications by receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority VIP guests.
• Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging the use of hotel services and programs.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
