The Receptionist Role

Almarai is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join its team. This role is integral to maintaining efficient communication and administrative support within the company's operations across various locations, including Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh. The Receptionist serves as a primary point of contact, managing incoming communications and supporting departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly.
• Facilitate communication and direct inquiries to the respective departments.
• Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls for record-keeping purposes.
• Inform the Shift Manager of all pertinent issues or observations related to the department.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Receptionist position should possess 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals who are organized, possess strong communication skills, and are capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
