Job Vacancy Announcement Real Estate Marketer - Female Makkah Region - Makkah Salary and Benefits Competitive monthly salary (to be determined after the interview) Commissions on sales Monthly incentives for achieving goals Tasks and Responsibilities: 1- Promoting real estate projects and units (residential | commercial) through various channels (online platforms | social media | exhibitions). 2- Communicating with potential clients and building long-term professional relationships. 3- Presenting sales and rental offers to clients and conducting property tours when needed. 4- Analyzing the real estate market and studying competitors to identify suitable opportunities. 5- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing. 6- Continuous follow-up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and build a strong reputation for the company. 7- Participating in marketing campaigns and paid advertisements in coordination with the digital marketing department. 8- Achieving the sales targets set by management according to the work plan. Qualifications and Experience Required: Previous experience in real estate marketing. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and its trends. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Proficiency in using computers and digital marketing software. Preferably with a driving license and a car (if the job requires travel).
